Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Peru

Stop At: Jorge Chavez International Airport, Av. Elmer Faucett s/n, Callao 07031, Peru
Once arrival into Lima, you’ll be welcomed to Peru by your private driver and an English-speaking representative to be transferred to your hotel for have a good rest.

Day 2: From Lima to Cusco

Stop At: Cusco 08007, Peru
Your driver will take you to the Lima Airport for your one hour flight to Cusco.Once you arrival at the airport of Cusco, your representative will take you to Sacred Valley by a private van. Through the way you can contemplate the rich culture and nature of the Andes and have something out of the ordinary and know the crowded tourist spots. We will take you to Maras salt mines, the circulate terraces of Moray, chincheros and Ollantaytambo one of the last Incan refuges during Spanish colonization.

Day 3: Train to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu

Stop At: Machu Picchu, 08680, Peru
We will take you to the train station of Ollantaytambo, where you will board the train to Aguas Calientes. Visit the magnificent Machu Picchu, learn about the history and visit wonderful temples of Sun and the Condor. See the aqueducts and houses, and learn about the Incan Sacred Terraces. After your guided tour, you can explore the place on your own. There are many short trek options; like the Sun Gate for an impressive view overlooking Machu Picchu and Wayna Picchu or a visit to the Incan Bridge. In the afternoon, you will return to Aguas Calientes where you have the rest of the evening to spend at your leisure

Day 4: Machu Picchu second visit (optional) Train to Ollantaytambo and Cusco

Stop At: Machu Picchu, 08680, Peru
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the morning on your own and choose to return to Machu Picchu and make a trekking to the Wayna Picchu mountain (of course the tickets are not included in the price) This lasts approximately from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m, you must let us know in advance, cause there are only a limited number of people who can climb the mountain at day

Day 5: Cusco beauties and culinary experience or city tour

Stop At: Cusco 08007, Peru
In the morning, you will be pick by a guide, who will take you for a walk around Cusco and know the cathedral, a World Heritage Site declared by UNESCO. Later you will go to Qoricancha which is one of the most respected temples of the Inca empire. Then we will go to the San Blas neighborhood where you can enjoy local contemporary art. In the afternoon, we will take you to the market of San Pedro where you can experience our culinary delights, like potatoes, cheese, corn, meat, etc. After that you're going to visit our cooking studio, located in the center of Cusco and our Peruvian Professional Chef will teach you how to prepare the most popular and tasty dishes from Peru. Which include a refreshing drink, a snack, a main dish and a dessert, of course you will taste our delicious pisco sour.

Day 6: Cusco to Titicaca Lake

Stop At: Puno 21001, Peru
In the morning you will travel across Peruvian Andes to Lake Titicaca. First we are gonna visit the church of Andahuaylillas, known as the Sistine Chapel, where you will find paintings from XVI, XVII y XVIII century completely decorated with gold. Next we will go to the village of racchi where you can appreciate the magnificent constructions made of adobe. After lunch we will travel to the highest point of the entire trip (4300-14100) which is a point located between Cusco and Puno. Then you will arrive at 4 pm at Puno, surrounded by Lake Titicaca, where you can take the night to rest or explore the city as you like.

Day 7: Lake Titicaca, island of Taquile

Stop At: Lake Titicaca, Puno 21000 Peru
We will arrive to the Uros, where you can enjoy the beautiful way that the locals have of being able to live, using totora, which is an aquatic plant that grows from the lake. We will continue to the island of Taquile in a private boat for 2 hours to that you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of Titicaca Lake, when you arrive at the private bay in the Taquile beach you will enjoy a lunch prepared with fresh and delicious trout from the lake. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to take a walk and explore the island. During the night, you will be received in your cabain with a Peruvian dinner and you will spend the night in your cozy little cabain.

Day 8: Return to Puno

Stop At: Puno 21001, Peru
Waking up in the morning you can have a wonderful view of the lake, having a breakfast specially prepared for you. Finishing your breakfast, you can visit the island of Taquile where you can enjoy the culture, you will see the inca constructions and agricultural terraces, you will have a magnificent opportunity to enjoy and know more about this island since it is one of the few places that still conserves its heritage. We will leave Taquile to Puno, where you will have the rest of the afternoon to relax and enjoy it on your own.

Day 9: From Puno to Lima

Stop At: Jorge Chavez International Airport, Av. Elmer Faucett s/n, Callao 07031, Peru
Today, your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Juliaca Airport located one hour from Puno city. Along the way, we will take a short trip to the incredible archeological site of Sillustani. This site is a sacred pre-Incan cemetery. On the way you will also Have the opportunity to visit some local houses, where dedicated to breeding alpacas and llamas, which is their only economic activity. Once you arrive at the airport you will take your flight for approximately 2 ½ hours to Lima to arrive on time for your international trip.
