Stop At: Uros Floating Islands, Puno, Puno Region
Start the trip with the pickup from the hotel to the main pier.
Take the covered boat and head to The Floating Islands Uros. On the way you'll see the natural reserve of Titicaca, home of different kind of birds and also home of the Uros people.
Learn more about lake Titicaca on the way to the floating islands. At your arrival, the locals will welcome you. The information of this ethnic group will be narrated by the tour guide. After explanation enjoy spare time to walk along the island and interact with the locals. Continue the trip visiting another floating island that is used as meeting point for the locals. You can cross to the other island in a fancy reed boat (extra cost required, not included).
Return to Puno city.
12:30 pm - Arrival to Puno city and transfer to the hotel (if the traffic conditions are good otherwise you will be dropped off in downtown).
