Private Tour to Tinajani from Puno

Your day tour starts with early morning pickup in the center of Puno for the 45-minute drive to your first stop, Sillustani, where you'll spend about one hour. This complex on the shores of Umayo Lagoon is known for its funerary towers (chullpas) from pre-Inca and Inca cultures that stand as tall as 40 feet (12 meters).

Next, continue your tour to 'the Pink City' of Lampa, arriving in the mid-morning. Visit Templo de Santiago Apostol, a church and national monument that dates back to 1675, known for its catacombs and a replica sculpture of the Pietà by Michelangelo. Then depart Lampa for Pucará, where you'll arrive around midday. Enjoy a 1-hour visit at the Lithic Museum and the Pukara Archaeological Site, an important ceremonial center for the Pucará culture.
