Day 1: DAY 1. PUERTO MAIN - FLOATING ISLANDS OF THE UROS:

Stop At: Uros Floating Islands, Titicaca, Puno, Peru
Our departure starts at 7:45 am, from your hotel. The first stop we will make will be in the Floating Islands of the Uros, our visit will begin with the recognition of each island, how they built these islands on the highest navigable lake in the world, also our guide will explain the importance of these Islands, our visit will be a maximum of 1 hour and a half.

Stop At: Isla Amantani, Amantaní, 21127, Peru
To reach the island of Amantani it will take a maximum of 3 hours of navigation, approximately 9.km during the trip, you will be able to observe, a great variety of scenic beauty, as well as the mountain range (the Andes mountain range) In the port Principal of Amantani, the president of the community will welcome us, and will begin to divide into groups so that families are responsible for giving them full attention, accommodation, food and company. During the afternoon you will have the option of going for a walk to one of the sacred mountains known as (Pacha Tata), this hike will start coordinating our guide. Amantani also known for the kindness of its people and for being a natural home of the Flor de la Cantuta, inhabits eight communities that are dedicated to the cultivation in platforms, the raising of sheep and the handmade elaboration of textiles and carvings in stone. Day 2: AMANTANI - TAQUILE - PUNO

Stop At: Isla Amantani, Amantaní, 21127, Peru
After a delicious typical breakfast we will continue to the next island of Taquile, the navigation will take 1 hour of travel, you will have the last chance to get to know enough. Most of the people of Taquile are very collaborative and well organized. It is the reason that Taquileños have demonstrated their high level of progress in Textilery, receiving their award from UNESCO. It should be noted that spinning and weaving are mainly made by men, starting at the age of eight. Women exclusively make yarns and fabrics. Life in Taquile is still the large part without changes for modernity. The visit will be an average of 2 hours, and 1 hour will have to taste a delicious typical lunch, if you really want to be part of this community, you can voluntarily collaborate by buying some of their crafts. So that this community has some means of sustainability, that way they can continue to show their existence to future travelers. Finally, our guide will inform you of the return time arriving at 17:00 in the afternoon to the city of Puno.

The island of Taquile, on Lake Titicaca, belongs to the district of Amantaní, Puno, Peru and is located 45 km from the regional capital. It has an approximate population of 2,200 inhabitants. The main villa is at 3,950 meters above sea level and the highest point on the island reaches 4,050 meters above sea level.
