Sit back and enjoy a brief history of the Garifuna people and culture followed by a performance from our family group under our beautiful thatch palapa. If your notice your foot start to tap along to the beat, then you're ready to hit the dance floor with a fun lesson in some traditional Garifuna dance moves. After working up a mild sweat, it's time to sit back down again and enjoy a traditional meal of "hudut" - fresh fish sautéed in coconut milk and mild spices, served with mashed plantain.
