Firehearth cooking and Creol Drumming

The firehearth cooking and drumming combo is an extremely popular and super fun activity! At their purpose built thatch, just on the outskirts of town our experience starts by walking the garden and digging up fresh local and seasonal ground foods, herbs and spices for the cooking lesson. We then have a fun hands on lesson where you can be wrapping local fish in banana leaves, making hot chocolate chicken and use all manner of unique local vegetables to cook on the open firehearth, a Creol tradition. Whilst the food is cooking you move over to the thatch and have a high energy Creol drum lesson. Trust me, Emmeth makes even the worst drummers sound good! The trip rounds up with everyone having a sumptuous family style banquet that you helped cook!
