Private Qingdao City Highlight Day Tour with Tsingtao Beer Tasting with Lunch

This private 7-hour city tour starts around 9:00 am at your hotel lobby in Qingdao, and drive you to Zhanqiao Pier-- one of Qingdao's landmarks (about a 40 min visit). Originally built in 1891 as a naval pier, Zhanqiao (Zhan Bridge) is regarded as a construction as old as Qingdao City itself. Walk along the pier as your guide explains its rich history.

After the pier visit, you will move on to Qingdao Signal Hill Park (about a 50 min visit). The hill is 98 meters above the sea level, so it's a great place to enjoy a panoramic view of Qingdao's beautiful old town.

Then you will head to Qingdao Guest House -The former German Governor’s Residence (about a 1 hour visit). Designed by a German architect, the Qingdao Guest House resembles a classic German castle. Construction began in 1905 and was completed in 1908.

After lunch you will head to Qingdao Badaguan Scenic Area (about 1.5 hours visit): Badaguan used to have eight avenues named after eight famous ancient passes in China and now two more avenues were built in the area. Badaguan is packed with garden-like villas and foreign-styled buildings built in early 20th century by Russia, Britain, France, Germany, the United States, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Switzerland and Japan. You will have a nice walk along these streets enjoying the amazing sea view.

Lastly, you will visit the Tsingtao Brewery (about a 1 hour visit). Tsingtao Brewery is China's largest brewery, founded in 1903 by German settlers, it now claims about 15% of the total domestic market share. Here you can learn the history of Tsingtao beer and taste the fresh beer itself.

After the tour, you tour guide will take you back to your hotel.
