This delicious food tour, Quebec’s finest, will introduce you to our City’s famed culinary reputation and to the significance of Quebec’s history and culture. The five course, well balanced, French Canadian food experience begins with a light ‘amuse- bouche’, followed by an organic charcuterie tasting, then, on to a classic flambé prepared at your table in one of Quebec’s most famous restaurants. Followed by ‘farmhouse to plate’ delicacies in a beautiful 19th century converted warehouse building. To cap the night off we stop for refreshment and some handcrafted ‘not too guilty’ pleasures to top off your perfect evening.
