Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting about dates and people in the history of Quebec. His personality was very enjoyable too. Although a short tour, at least we were able to see many sections of this city--upper, lower, new and old. Tour was easy to find, close to visitor center. Even with a "peaceful protest about global warming" going with some streets blocked he still managed a prompt pick up and drop off. We were even able to take our suitcase on the bus with us because we had come from a ship and were going directly to airport after the tour. Glad we did it.

Did not get the historical tour we paid for of Quebec City. Also, had to change buses twice because of confusion who was our bus driver/tour person.

The City Tour was 2 hours and our bus driver/guide, Jean-Pierre was very knowledgeable, interesting and very funny. It was a rainy day, but Jean-Pierre made the whole trip a very pleasant and worthwhile experience.

The guide did a great job, but the bus was old and had a closed-in restricted view. We couldn't see anything out the windows on the other side of the bus. That type of tour requires an open air bus.

Photo online showed large red bus. What arrived was a 24 passenger minibus. It was hot and cramped. Windows were dirty, prohibiting photo taking. Saving grace was the driver/guide. He was knowledgable and entertaining.
