Put on your best dance outfit and get picked up by your guide in front of your hotel, making your first stop at Azúcar El Portal de la Salsa located in the most bohemian and trendy spots in Quito - La Ronda. Inspired by the music of Cuban musicians, this lively hotspot is the ideal place to go over basic salsa moves with your friendly instructors, a couple who loves teaching others to salsa. Consider grabbing a mojito from the bar in between dance moves and get constructive feedback on your moves until you're dancing like a pro.

When you're ready to move on, head to (the previously reserved) Bodeguita de Cuba, to dance the night away.
