About this activity
There is no age to enjoy the pleasure of baking. Just try. We invite you to come out of the skin of the tourist surface and make real intercultural and gourmet encounters.

For a few hours, you will be the guest apprentices of your host “HAJA” in his typical house. Your guide will drive you in the morning to visit the local market. He will provide you with all kinds of explanations of the products, traditions and customs related to them.

Upon arrival at “Haja’s”, you will be greeted by work aprons to start learning how to prepare a selection of Breads and moroccan pastries. Cooking with Haja is often a unique social experience. She will share secrets of making a fluffy bread and the best Moroccan pancakces Beghrir.

At the end of this session, you will have the opportunity to taste all what you made, served with great love and hospitality around a cup of mint tea, before receiving a certificate of achievement around ‘a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.

No cooking experience is required to participate in our baking workshops designed for lovers of Moroccan cuisine. Do not hesitate to ask us if you want to make a specific recipe.
