Hands-on Cooking Class in Modica with Full Sicilian Lunch and Chocolate Tasting

During this 3-hour class you will cook a three-course menu with Chef Davide Minerva, who will tell you about the history of each dish and some Sicilian cooking secrets. Arancino filled with grilled eggplants; ragusano with cheese and meat; gnocchi with ricotta cheese and pork meat sauce; and dessert with orange, almond cream, pistachio and Modican chocolate are just some of the dishes that could show up on your menu.
At the end of the cooking class, feast on the meal you just created with your friends and family, while tasting great local wines.
