We travel to Sheep Mountain Table, located in the South Unit of the Park. From here you can see the historic Stronghold Table where the Lakota Sioux once danced the "Ghost Dance" . . . to bring back the buffalo . . . a dance that unfortunately led to the Wounded Knee Massacre.
We then proceed to the old town of Scenic, once a booming railroad town that now sets empty . . . stopping for photos and a discussion of its history.
