Come to visit a centenary “Acetaia”, learn about the history of the company and taste local products. You will discover the process vinegar-making taking place in secluded areas. In the gloom of a loft, the precious dark liquid slowly matures in barrels and vats dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. After the guided tour enjoy a full tasting of six different products (DOP and IGP).
