Itinerary

Day 1: Golden Circle

Stop At: Thingvellir National Park, Thingvellir Iceland
Visit the oldest parliament house in the world in this world heritage site. Stand between the Eurasian and North-American tectonic plates.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Geysir, Haukadalur Iceland
Visit the geothermal geyser that erupts every 8–10 minutes & reaches heights of 20 meters.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Gullfoss, White River, Blaskogabyggd 801 Iceland
Stunning, iconic waterfall falling 32 meters into a canyon & often creating a rainbow.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Kerid Crater, Route 35, Selfoss Iceland
This scenic lake occupies a volcanic crater ~3,000 years old.
Duration: 30 minutes

Day 2: South Coast

Stop At: Seljalandsfoss, Hella Iceland
The first stop is at Seljalandsfoss waterfall where you can walk behind the tumbling water flow and feel the vibrations of the water hitting the ground.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Skogafoss, Skogar Iceland
Prepare to meet the pearl of the South Coast, Skógafoss waterfall. Majestically tucked in a wide gorge, the waterfall tumbles down 60 metres from up above a cliff into a small river, producing a cloud of mist and spray that rainbows like to dance in during sunshine.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Reynisfjara Beach, Route 215, Vik Iceland
The black sand beach of Reynisfjara where the Atlantic coastline presents massive waves hitting the unique basalt columns in the cliffs above the sand.
Duration: 30 minutes

Day 3: Jökulsárlón

Stop At: Glacier Lagoon, Skaftafell National Park Route 1, Jokulsarlon 781 Iceland
Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, a 200m deep glacial lake fed by Breiðamerkurjökull, an outlet glacier of Europe’s largest glacier.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Diamond Beach, Diamond Head Drive Glacier Lagoon Jokulsarlon, Jokulsarlon Iceland
The icebergs from Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon float into the Atlantic Ocean where they are quickly thrown back to shore by the tide and winds. This black sand beach is full of smaller ice rocks in all shapes and sizes, sparkling like diamonds in the daylight.

  • Reykjavik City has issued a regulation preventing buses from driving in certain areas in the City center. This means that all tour companies are only allowed to stop at certain designated bus stop locations in the centre of Reykjavík to pick up the guests from hotels or other accommodations in this restricted area. Customer will be contacted directly after booking if they list an address/hotel within the restricted area and direct them to the nearest bus stop.
