7 Day Guided Ring Road Tour - Explore the Circle of Iceland

In the first day of the tour you will enjoy the Golden circle which is a pure classic with Geysers, the old parliament Thingvellir, Gullfoss waterfall and Kerid Volcanic crater as well as the great waterfall Seljalandsfoss.

On the second day, you will follow the south coast through the glacier lands by Eyjafjallajökull volcano and Vatnajökull glacier, visit the amazing waterfalls Skogafoss, Irafoss and the secret Kvernufoss as well as the Black beaches of Reynisfjara before continuing all the way to the Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon. You will also make a stop in Solheimajokull glacier to do Glacier hike for 1,5 hours which is amazing experience.

In the following day, you’ll visit mountain Vestrahorn, the Viking village in Stokksnes and travel up the eastern fjords, an area known for their abundance of reindeer’s, puffins and deep fjords with huge mountains where we will also visit the unique Petra´s Stone museum in Stodvarfjordur.

The two next days are in the North. On day 4 we start with Dettifoss the giant waterfall which is the biggest one in Iceland and the afternoon, we spend the day around Lake Mývatn, known for its amazing lava rock formations and geothermal areas. There you will go for good hikes and in the end of the day to the Natural baths called Green lagoon. On day 5 we will take you for a Whale watching tour in Husavik and the Godafoss waterfall.

The last two days are in the Western parts of the island. On day 6, we will visit the rock Hvitserkur and the Icelandic Seal Center near Hvammstangi before heading to Borgarfjordur where we visit Hraunfossar and Barnafossar waterfalls and Deildartunguhver hot spring. On day 7, the last day of the tour we head to the majestic peninsula of Snæfellsnes where you can find seals, black beaches and great landscapes. We visit Ytri-Tunga, Arnarstapi, Lóndrangar and Djupalonssandur before visiting Kirkjufell mountain, one of the most popular photography spots in Iceland. Also on the agenda this day is a visit to the unique Bjarnarhofn Shark Museum. The tour arrives back to Reykjavik at around 20:30 (08:30pm).
