We have sourced the most talented chefs from Reykjavik and neighboring towns so you can have a gourmet restaurant experience in the comfort of your home or vacation rental.

Different buffet style dinner and sit-down dinner options are available.

After your booking is confirmed, you will have to let us know which of the menu options you prefer. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Buffet Option 1:
• Oven baked salmon, roasted sweet potatoes with creme fraiche and pomegrante
• Oven baked cauliflower, nuts vinagrette. Gredanide vinagrette
• Broccoli with barley and parmesan flakes
• Caramel mousse, pistachio dacquoise, caramel crankie
• Sourdough breadBuffet

Option 2:
• Traditional Icelandic leg of lamb with pickled veggies, potatoes. Mustard sauce
• Roasted sweet potatoes with creme fraiche and pomegranate
• Baked cauliflowers with nuts
• Skyr mousse with caramelized oats and berries and timian granita
• Sourdough bread

Drinks are not included.

Sit-down Dinner Option - Make your own menu selecting three courses (Starter, Main and Dessert)

Starter (select one option):
• Slow cooked cod with smoked celeriac pure , olive oil and dried olives
• Cured Icelandic foal with tomatoes confit, garlic mayo and parmesan

Main (select one option):
• Pan fried plaice with sweet potatoes pureé, broccoli and mussels foam
• Pan fried Blue ling with cauliflower pureé, grilled chorizo, new potatoes. Chorizo foam
• Lamb rump with caramelized carrots and pickles carrots. Mash potatoes. Rosmarin sauce

Dessert (select on option):
• Skyr mousse with caramelized oats and berries and timian granita
• Chocolate mousse with buttermilk foam and icelandic chervil granita
• Caramel mousse, pistachio dacquoise, caramel crankie
