SuperSaver: Small Group South Coast, Waterfalls & Glacier Hike and Northern Lights Adventure from Reykjavik

Your adventure combo tour starts with a morning pick up from Reykjavik. From the city you will head towards the south coast of the island to experience some of the island's most treasured sights. Your first stop will be at Seljalandsfoss waterfall best known for the fact that when conditions are good you can walk behind it, experiencing its true beauty from both sides. After Seljalandsfoss you will continue your journey, traveling towards Solheimajokull glacier where you will meet up with a certified glacier guide and join a short glacier walking tour. During your glacier walk you will learn about the glacier, its movement and various formations. 

After experiencing all that Sólheimajökull glacier has to offer you will visit the next highlight highlight of the south coast, namely the black sand beach of Reynisfjara. This stunning and unique beach is indeed very different from the regular beaches you visit in warmer destinations. Here you will see dramatic basalt columns and basalt rock stands that rise above the Atlantic waves as you stroll along the black sandy beach. 

Next up is Skógafoss waterfall, a grand waterfall located on the south coast of the island. The majestic Skógafoss Waterfalls is the perfect photo stop before you make your way back to Reykjavik. You are dropped off at your original pickup point at around 19:00, so you will have time to eat dinner before you are picked up again for the Northern Lights hunt*. Our expert Northern Lights guide will try their best to hunt down the magical dancing lights before returning back to Reykjavik. 
* From 1st of March to 15th of April and 1st of September to 31st of September, pick up for the northern lights starts at 21:30 PM. 
* From 1st of October to 28th of February, pick up for the northern lights starts at 20:30 PM.
