If you want to get really up and close with whales, dolphins and sea birds, then this RIB boat ride along Reykjavík's coast is for you. The fast and stable RIB boat leaves from Reykjavik's Old Harbour and sets off to Faxaflói bay and its islands. On board, you will experience Iceland's diverse wildlife and have great chances of spotting whales, dolphins and sea birds.

Bird life is thriving on the islands of Faxaflói bay, including the colorful puffin, cormorants and various types of gulls. After bird watching, the fast RIB boat starts the search of whales and dolphins. The most common sights include dolphins, humpback whales and killer whales.

On the way back from the whale safari, you will have the opportunity to do some sightseeing along Reykjavík's coastline, the Sun Voyager sculpture and one of Iceland's most famous building, the Harpa Concert Hall are located along the route.
