We arrived to the pier for the one-hour boat tour at 10:30am. The operator told us that there was no tour before 1 pm or probably later, although they supposed to run departures every 20 min, as advertised. We could not wait 2.5-3 hours for the tour because we did not want to risk missing the departure time of our cruise ship. The tour was prepaid but not completed.
