Each day Sauna welcomes 2 groups. The morning group from 10:00-14:00 and the afternoon group from 16:00-20:00. It’s recommended not to eat a half an hour before the procedures. Bring with you a swimsuit and a good mood.

In between the procedures the guests can enjoy in the lounge a special restorative sauna tea with a honey from the ecologically pure Latvian countryside. There’s an opportunity to try also other delicacies from local producers. Enjoy peace and harmony while looking at the beautiful nature outside the window. The warmth coming from the fireplace will create a cozy atmosphere. You can watch an informative film about the sauna during all of the procedures.

While listening to a relaxing music you can enjoy in our special procedure room different kind of scrub and peeling procedures.
