DAY 1 (Friday) VENICE

Welcome to Italia!! Your transfer in private awaits you to take you to the hotel. They will have

free time to have the first contact with the eternal city. The schedule of the departure for the

following day will be communicated through the informative posters in the reception.

DAY 2 (Saturday) ROME – SIENA – MILAN

Departure to Milan through a charming setting among vines and olive trees. We make a stop in

Siena, where we can admire the splendid palaces, the cathedral, and the fantastic Plaza del

Campo with the Town Hall, where the horse race “Il Palio” takes place. Arrival in the afternoon in

Milan and free time to visit the Piazza del Duomo where there are monuments such as the Gothic

Cathedral, the Vittorio Emmanuelle II Gallery or the La Scala Theater. Accommodation. (B)

DAY 3 (Sunday) MILAN – SIRMIONE – VERONA – VENICE

On the way to Venice, we embark on Sirmione to tour the waters of Lake Garda where you will

know points of interest such as the Villa de Maria Callas and the Caves of Catullo. If the weather

conditions do not allow sailing, the town of Desenzano will be visited instead. Departure towards

Verona, the hills that surround it on the northern side, determine the harmony and beauty of the

landscape of the city of Romeo and Juliet. Free time and continue to Venice where we will stay.

DAY 4 (Monday) VENICE

We embarked and arrived at the Plaza de San Marcos. Panoramic visit going through the

“Sestriere de San Marco” where the famous square is located, in which are placed monuments

such as the Basilica of San Marco and the Torre dell’Orologio. There will be a panoramic view of

the Ducal Palace, then the sad story of the Bridge of Sighs will be explained. Free time and, at the

agreed time, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. (B)

DAY 5 (Tuesday) VENICE – PADOVA – FERRARA – FLORENCE

Departure to the Tuscan capital, stopping at Pádova where we will visit the Basilica of San Antonio

de Padua, with the Tomb of the Saint. Free time and then part for Ferrara, medieval city that also

lived a great flowering at the time of the Renaissance, and whose urban layout makes it “the

oldest modern city in the world.” Free time to have lunch, (we recommend asking for Tortellini)

and take a walk around the city. Departure to Florence, cradle of great artists such as Dante,

Petrarca and Donatello. Upon arrival free time and accommodation. (B)

DAY 6 (Wednesday) FLORENCE

Panoramic tour of the historic center with the exterior of the Cathedral complex:

Giotto’s Tower, the Baptistery with the famous Gate to Paradise and the Duomo, with

Brunelleschi’s spectacular dome. We will continue towards La Plaza de la Signoria,

which was the political heart of the Florence of the Medici. We will enjoy the most

suggestive streets and squares, as well as the Plaza de la República and the Puente

Viejo. Free afternoon in which we recommend the visit of a museum. Overnight. (B)

DAY 7 (Thursday) FLORENCE – PERUGIA – ASSISI – ROME

Departure to Perugia and visit the center with the incredible Duomo. Free time to

explore some of its streets carved into the rock or we can enjoy one of its typical

chocolates. Then we leave to get to Assisi and know the Basilica of San Francisco and

the charm of the town. Departure to Rome. Accommodation. (B)

DAY 8 (Friday) ROME

In the morning we made a panoramic view of the city that includes as many points of

interest as the Republic Square, the Cathedral of Rome, the Archaeological Rome

with the Termas de Caracalla, the Circus Maximus, the Colosseum and the Forums.

We will also pass through Piazza Venezia, the neuralgic center of the city, the S.

Angelo Castle and the exterior of the Plaza and Basilica of San Pedro (depending on

religious ceremonies). Then, optional excursion possibility with visits to the interiors

of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. In the afternoon,

possibility of discovering the magical Colosseum with our optional excursion. Even

with the explanation of the guide the traveler will not believe the architectural

ingenuity of this monument. Accommodation. (B)

DAY 9 (Saturday) ROME – NAPLES – POMPEII – ROME

When we arrive in Naples, we enter the area of Mergellina, we travel by bus the

promenade to Castel del Ovo and the borough Santa Lucia. Afterwards we walk

through the monumental Naples where you can admire the Plebiscite Square, the

Church of San Francisco de Paula, the Royal Palace, the Umberto I Gallery, the S.Carlo

Theater, the Town Square and the Maschio Angioino. Lunch in a typical restaurant

based on pizza. Then we continue to Pompeii, the Roman city that was buried by an

eruption of the volcano in 79 AD, and we started the archaeological walk through the

ancient city where we can see how was the daily life or architecture in the first

imperial era. In the afternoon we return to Rome. Accommodation. (B) (L)

DAY 10 (Sunday) ROME

European buffet breakfast at the hotel, and at the appropriate time, transfer to the

airport by private car. End of our services (B)
