Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Cataguas Island, Corredor Turistico da Ponta Leste, Angra Dos Reis, State of Rio de Janeiro 23937-190 Brazil

The Island of Cataguas is certainly the most paradisiacal of the archipelago of Angra dos Reis. With a truly Caribbean aspect, the island, among the rest of the region, is the one that is closer to Angra, that is to the mainland. Get a sun bath in the Shcooner and dive into the crystal clear waters.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Lagoa Azul, Angra Dos Reis, Ilha Grande, State of Rio de Janeiro Brazil

The Lagoa Azul (Blue Lagoon) is a natural pool with sandy bottom, some rocks and predominantly blue water, located between two islets in the important historical region of Freguesia de Santana. The boats are anchored and visitors can go down to swim, float with "noodles" (foam floats) provided by the crews, snorkel (available for rental) or feed the "sargentinhos" fish (scientific name abdufdef) with bread crumbs, already addicted to being fed by visitors.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Baixo Beach, Angra Dos Reis, Ilha Grande, State of Rio de Janeiro Brazil

Deserted and beautiful beach, it is little known by tourists visiting Ilha Grande. Some end up having the pleasure of getting to know this refuge through boat trips around the region. With a good strip of clear and fine sand, it has a calm sea, which looks like a large natural pool, very suitable for swimming. Because of its beauty and tranquility, it enchants its visitors, who cannot resist a delicious swim in the crystal clear waters of this beach. This is a great place to relax, go hiking or go scuba diving. Surrounded by a large amount of preserved native forest, there is no nearby infrastructure, indicating that tourists bring food and drinks to the place.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Gipoia Island, Proximo a Vila Velha e a Ilha da Piedade Corredor Turistico da Ponta Leste, Angra Dos Reis, State of Rio de Janeiro Brazil

It is the second largest island in the bay of Angra dos Reis, where you will make your last stop on the beach of Vitorino. On this beach is located the restaurant where you will have a delicious lunch (drinks not included). It is a good option for children and the elderly who wish to take a refreshing sea bath.

The trip was NOT 2 hours each way, more like 4 hours total each way on the bus. Boat was Ok but very very crowded and they mixed people together from different tours, so a little chaotic with I guess at least 120 people! The mens bathroom kept braking down all the time. Food was Acceptable. Angras was nice to see but trip was too long to do in 1 day.

Too many people on too small of a boat. Managed chaos. And a 150 km bus ride to and from the port. That isn't mentioned in the description.

This day trip was well worth it, and a great experience. Our tour guide was Tania, and she was so friendly, fun and kind. The food was good, the view was amazing out on the water. It was a lot of fun, at the end of the day my friends and I were tired. All the staff on the cruise were friendly also. I would do it again.

Although the weather was terrible and not anything the guide could do anything about, I was very disappointed in his lack of contact with the group. My husband and I plus two other young women were the only English speaking people in the group and on the boat and no effort was made to engage us. I'm assuming that the 3 stops were perhaps modified because of the weather. If that is not the case, then they are terrible choices for both location and water quality. Definitely a major disappointment!

The tour went well and overall it was fun and a enjoyable! We got to see lovely islands and amazing places. They picked us up early in the morning from the hotel and we only got back around 7pm so it was a completely full day. However, there were too many people and our guide, Rodrigo, was always forgetting about who was on his tour nearly forgot about us a couple of times.. Temperatures were very cold on the bus going and return 2-3 hours so take a warm sweeter! Food and cocktails served on boat were very good, and the entire crew was nice and very fun! The boat seemed like a huge party and we had a band playing typical songs with us! One thing not much appreciated was that we were around 3 or 4 different tours, so we were a lot of people in the same boat and finding a table to eat as not very easy... we did some stops in several islands and was great to have a swim and take great photos! Overall it was a good day!

I enjoyed the trip. It was a lot of fun. As I was the only English speaking person in my particular tour group I appreciated that the guide made sure I received personalized briefings and he looked after me during the meal on the boat and in the restaurant stop on the way back to Rio.

Our tour guide TT aka Tina Turner was a blast. The bus ride to Angra Dos Reis is about 3 hours and she made the ride fun and entertaining by providing historical information and showing off her singing skills. She speaks good English and was able to communicate the day's activities in three languages so no one was left in the dark Spanish, English, and Portuguese. This was a good opportunity to get away from the busy Rio Olympics and see the country side. It rained most of the day, but that did not hamper our mood. The water was still very warm and we had three opportunities to swim - the only downside is that we did not get to sail out as far as they normally do because of the weather. The scenery is amazing. The lunch was fantastic and the Caipirinhas were actually one of the best that we had in Rio. Drinks do not come in the price of your ticket, so keep that in mind. They do take credit cards. We had a small group of about 15 people probably due to the poor weather but it turned out to be the perfect amount of people. Because of the small group, we got to know many people from around the world and had a lot of good conversation. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
