It’s officially linked to the Brazilian Naturist Federation.

The place is visited daily by surfers who seek chances for big waves. Almost always finding what they look for. The waves use to break before arriving to the bathers, the ones who enjoy the little cold wave, making Grumari the ideal beach to both groups.
Stop At: Barra de Guaratiba Beach, Acesso pela estr. Roberto Burle Marx Barra de Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro 23020-240 Brazil
On the right side of the small edge, it starts the beautiful Marambaia sandbank, which has the restrict access because it’s a military area. The beach has quiet waters and has structure houses, bars and a urban hill existence. The access is made by the Roberto Burle Marx or Barra de Guaratiba road, over 45km of distance from Downtown.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Pedra do Telegrafo, Rua Almirante Carlos Tinoco 432 500 Barra de Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro 23020-260 Brazil

Duration: 4 hours
Pass By: Praia do Secreto, Avenida Estado da Guanabara 1102 Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro 22790-852 Brazil
With only twelve meters of length, Secreto has become an alternative to the famous beaches of the carioca West Zone. In reality, it is a natural pool surrounded by rocks and away from the buildings and the fast life of the city. To get there, all you need to do is take the Estrada do Pontal towards Prainha and leave the car at setback by the trail, or by the Mirante da Prainha.
There is no sign to indicate the entrance to the trail which opens a path across the woods, but it is still easy to locate it. After approximately five minutes hiking in an incredible environment, the adventures must climb down a rock wall fifteen meters tall to reach the sea. It is recommended that you go with sneakers, as the rock wall is steep and slippery in some points. Swimming in Praia do Secreto depends on the tide, therefore, before preparing to go there, check if the tide is too high or too low, because in either case the “pool” disappears.
