Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Pantwari (95 KM), Trek to Kathian Base Camp (6 KM)
Pass By: Mussoorie Library, Library Chowk, The Mall Rd, Library Bazar, The Mall Road, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand 248179, India
We begin the day by driving to Mussoorie, the queen of the hills and onward to Pantwari, the base camp of the Trek. We begin the trek uphill and find our way to the Goat Village before we enter the dense forest marked by Rhododendron Trees.
Meals included:
• Lunch: Packed Lunch will be provided on Day 1.
• Dinner: Vegetarian Dinner will be provided at the campsite.
Accommodation included: Overnight Stay in Tents, Sleeping Bags will be provided. Tent on Twin Sharing Basis.
Day 2: Trek from campsite to Nagtibba top(3,020 m) and back to Pantwari; Drive back to Dehradun.
Pass By: Library Bazaar, Gandhi Chowk Near Old Library, Mussoorie India
We ascend early in the morning towards the Nag Tibba peak, to reach during the morning hours for a good view of the distant peaks. We stop for lunch at the base camp while returning & finally drive from Pantwari to Dehradun, via Mussoorie
Meals included:
• Breakfast: Vegetarian breakfast will be provided before we start our trek for the day.
• Lunch: Lunch will be provided once we arrive back at the base camp.
