Day 1 - Rome - Assisi

Board your train to reach Assisi from Rome in 2-3 hours (It depends which timing you prefer, some are direct train, some you need to change). Arrival in Santa Maria degli Angeli, the town below Assisi and check-in in and good hotel 3* near the railways station. Rest of the day free to visit on your own the Porziuncola where St Francis died. Dinner in Hotel. Overnight

Day 2 - Assisi

After Breakfast in the morning your Private Guide will meet you at your hotel and will help you to discover the beauty of Assisi in a 3 hours Tour. You will start from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli (St. Mary of the Angels), which houses the Porziuncola. From there your driver will take you up at Assisi where you will visit the Basilica of St Francis, the Basilica of St Clare and the Church of St Damiano. The guide is at your disposal in case you wish to change a bit the itinerary. You will travel by local bus together with the Guide.

Free Time in Assisi on your own and return to Hotel on your own. Dinner in Hotel. Overnight

Day 3 - Assisi - Rome

After Breakfast, if you want you can spend more time in Santa Maria degli Angeli. Later check out and board the train to Rome. End of the tour
