Itinerary

Day 1: Rome

Stop At: Centro Storico, 00185 Rome Italy
Following pick up at the airport, get transferred to your centrally located hotel in Rome. In the evening, go on a sightseeing tour of the Eternal City. This sightseeing tour is the perfect introduction to all Rome's must-see landmarks such as the Fountain of the Nayads, Roman Forum, Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Circus Maximus, St. Peter's Square, Trevi Fountain and many more. This evening tour ends with the drop off at your hotel. Meeting point: near your hotel.

Day 2: Rome

Pass By: Piazza della Repubblica, Rome Italy
After breakfast, head out to the Vatican City. On the way, pass by Piazza della Reubblica, one of Rome's busiest spots. In the middle of the square is the famous Fountain of the Naiads named after the figures of the four water nymphs, which decorate its sides. Get a glimpse of the Aurelian Walls which once surrounded the ancient city.

Stop At: Vatican Museums, Viale Vaticano, 00120 Vatican City Italy
On arrival at the Vatican Walls, your guide will lead you into the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Get inside St. Peter’s Basilica and admire the beautiful architecture and design of the structure. Then you have the rest of the day free to roam around.

Day 3: Florence

Stop At: Leaning Tower of Pisa, Piazza del Duomo Piazza dei Miracoli, 56126, Pisa Italy
After breakfast, proceed to Florence. In the afternoon, head of to Pisa with a guided walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli where you will see the celebrated Leaning Tower, the Baptistery and other important monuments (reach the meeting point near the hotel on your own). This is followed by a visit to the interior of the Cathedral. The day ends with your transfer back to Florence.

Day 4: Venice

Stop At: Piazza San Marco, 31024 Venice Italy
After breakfast, proceed to Venice, the Queen of the Adriatic Sea. After check-in at the hotel in Venice Mestre, proceed to the meeting point for the tour at St. Mark's Square on your own and meet your guide there for a walking tour of the island. Your guide will take you to Venice's most important landmarks such as Piazza San Marco, Rialto Bridge, la Fenice Theatre, Scala del Bovolo, Ponte di Rialto and many more. Included in the same tour is a 35-minute Gondola ride along the Grand Canal and minor channels. (Note: During high season, we can offer this same tour on Day 4 together with the Venice Islands Tour on Day 5. That will save you the cost of one trip to reach the meeting point at St. Mark's Square on your own. Please write under 'Special Requirements' if you wish to combine these tours during high season.)

Day 5: Venice Islands Tour

Stop At: Isola di Murano, Isola Di Murano Piazzale Roma o Fondamenta Nuove, 30141 Murano Italy
After breakfast, proceed to the meeting point Alilaguna's Pier at St. Mark's waterfront on your own and start the Venice Islands Lagoon Tour. Embark on a motorboat and visit the Island Murano, where one can watch the antique art of making glass. Then, move on to the characteristic Island of Burano, with its strong colors and light contrast, fisher island and renowned for lace making. Lastly, visit Island Torcello with its old Cathedral and its atmosphere of remote Venetian past.

(Note: During high season, we can combine the walking tour of Venice on Day 4 together with the Venice Islands Tour on Day 5. That will save you the cost of one trip to reach the meeting point at St. Mark's Square on your own. Please write under 'Special Requirements' if you wish to combine these tours during high season.)
