We would like to inform you that the tour will continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk down the stairs; If the group includes participants with reduced mobility, the tour will end without accessing the Basilica. Please also note that other participants in your group will have to take charge of pushing the wheelchair and/or carry it down the stairs. However, visiting the Basilica in a wheelchair is still possible: we will have to go back to the exit and reach the site from the outside. This requires about one hour extra time and an extra charge of €50,00 for the additional tourist guide service.

This was truly a WOW experience. We were thrilled with the limo and driver and our tour guide,especially. We did not have to worry about directions, lines, tickets, information, or our meal. The driver was at our door exactly on time and brought us to the tour director. We literally did Rome in 1 day. The tour was unbelievable. Our guide spoke perfect English and was truly an expert at guiding us through the multiple sites we visited. We were in awe of it all. Both my husband and high would very highly recommend this tour for anyone who is concerned with the hassle of planning and getting around to see all the beauty Rome offers. The tour staff were extremely kind, pleasant, competent and very knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and kindness.
Despite the hot temperature (37 C) we spent an amazing day with our very knowledgeable guide Massimo visiting Rome’s main attractions. The service was impeccable and the lunch, which was included, very satisfying! A truly memorable day!
I am literally sick that I spent $966 for a private car and tour guide for the day. This was definitely not worth it. The tour guide and driver did not get along. The driver would drop us off and then take off and not answer his phone according to the guide. This put a damper on the entire day! During lunch, I brought my backpack to the restaurant assuming that I could put it in the car before the next part of the tour. The guide told me that the driver took off and said he was too far away to come back! Really? It was obvious the guide was very frustrated an so was I. He was late to pick us up at the end of the day and were extremely uncomfortable standing outside. The guide we had did a nice job at the colosseum first thing in the morning as well as Trevi/Pantheon. Lunch was WONDERFUL but a little surprised there was no dessert for the money we paid. After lunch we went to the Vatican/Sistine Chapel. It was quite warm and crowded. It was obvious the guide was exhausted and was giving us the minimum towards the end of tour. He was quite knowledgeable and did answer questions. As a suggestion, I would visit the Vatican City/Sistine Chapel first thing in the morning while it is cooler. There are more spots in the shade at the Coliseum. I have been using Viator for many years and have had only one challenging experience in which they rectified. I am hoping they take care of me for this tour. It is rare that I get this upset. The rest of my day was ruined!
One of the best one day tours ever. Our guide Massimo was the best, extremely well prepared and a sense of humor too!
Family of four with two girls aged 7 and 11 - truly an amazing way to explore the best of Rome. The driver was on time and very courteous as he took up to the first stop and to meet our guide for the day. Our own very female Indiana Jones - Cecelia gave the tour its WOW factor, she kept the girls really engaged the whole day and was very sensitive to whenever they felt tired or hungry or thirsty. The tour gave us more than on insight into the rich history of Rome. It gave us a real appreciation of the importance and impact of each place we visited: Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St Peters, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum and lots more in between. Lunch was also great. Having the car meant it was a lot easier in the heat and for the kids BUT there is still a lot of walking to do. So glad we did it this way and or girls are as well - they say they really loved it
MaryLou our guide and our driver Oleg were great. The driver was on time for our hotel pickup, and we then met up with our guide. MaryLou's knowledge base of all things Rome was fantastic. Was very interesting. I would recommend this tour if you want to see all of the best things in Rome. Didn't have to get on and off the bus, our driver was there when we finished visiting each attraction
