Become a Roman Masterchef: Pasta, Ravioli and Tiramisù class

You will make and eat the authentic Italian fresh pasta from scratch, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù while drinking your Italian wine.

Come back home with a wonderful memories, a personal experience made of food&wine, anecdotes and laughs. During the all process you will be help by a passionate Chef.

The best cooking class takes place at PummaRe restaurant. You'll be greeted by our bartender with a welcome drink, accompanied by finger food. After this brief warm up, you and the Chef will prepare three great classics of Italian cuisine: Fresh Pasta, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù. Each participant has a single station to work from, with a wood board, apron, and a rolling pin.

The pasta will be seasoned with the best Roman sauce. Last but not least the tiramisù, with which you can explore your imagination, declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients.

Once your hand-on experience is finished, sit down in our cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor. No clean up!

• Ravioli Buffalo Ricotta cheese, Parmesan and Spinach - We'll make & eat delicious Ravioli stuffed with buffalo ricotta, parmesan and fresh spinach, seasoned whether with Butter and sage or Tomato and basil
• Fresh Fettuccine pasta - We'll make and eat the best fresh pasta seasoned with typical Roman sauce, from Carbonara to Tomato and Basil!
• Tiramisu - We'll make and eat an authentic handmade Tiramisù, with diffrent Italian toppings, from pistachio to strawberries
