I am going to rate this review in 2 parts 1) Getting the tickets/skip the line. poor. It was very hard to locate the correct place to get our tickets. I don't think skip the line was necessary because I walked right up to the main desk at the Castel and I did not have to wait any time at all. I was very disappointed when they told me I had to go to a different office, They could not tell me where this office was located and we had to rely on strangers to get us where we needed to go. It was complicated!! 2) The Castel itself was magnificent. I think a guided tour would be a great addition because of the knowledge they have but the Castel was spectacular. I would recommend the trip but would warn about getting the tickets.
