- Meeting point : Arch of Costantine, side of the Colosseum, You will meet our assistant that will have a sign/flag with "Colosseum Virtual Reality, Ancient and Recent" on it.
- Please bring your Passport or a valid ID (not student card or similar documents)
- You will be added to a small group (max 25) with a privileged entrance and after the security check you’ll be free to explore the Colosseum by yourself.
- After the visit of the Colosseum you will be escorted at the entrance of the Roman Forum where you can visit the Forum and Palatine Hill by yourself.
- If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per “No-Show” rules you will not be entitled to a refund
- Please be advised that the Colosseum’s capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure. This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events
- Be aware that after the scheduled time of the meeting, and before entering the Colosseum, it is necessary to wait more time in order to meet the mandatory entry procedures (show the children, any ID document checks, changing voucher). This security process can delay the entrance to the Colosseum and, consequently, interfere with the duration of the activity.

Skip the line was worth it however an argument with one of the other guests about length of time in the Colosseum (1 hour) gave us a late start. Once we finally got to the entry point, there was a lot of debate on what appeared to be either the tour operator's credentials or the entry time. No explanation was given but while we waited, 3 large tour groups were given access ahead of us. Lots of people, lots of animated discussion and we finally got in. All in all, we started 40 minutes late. Read the fine print so you know what your buying to not cause other people or the tour operator delays.
