Cooking Class: The Renaissance Way
We learn from one of the masters of Renaissance cooking, using authentic ingredients to recreate the dishes eaten by popes at the turn of the sixteenth century. The spicy flavours and aromas of the nobleman's kitchen take us back to a time of major change in Italian cuisine, when eating became more of an art form than simply a way of satisfying one's hunger.
I have prepared a three course menu with some of the best typical foods in Rome that you must definitely try! Learn to cook these delicious Italian dishes and impress your friends back home with your new cooking skills! Participating in a cooking class is also a great way to immerse in the culture and learn more about our rich culinary traditions, as well as local Roman customs.
