We enjoyed this tour. The tour guide they gave us was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to. The only thing to note is that the tour makes promotes you are getting a more private tour before the Vatican opens. This may be the case but there are still 100's of people going early who we guess also got the same early morning packages. Not sure what the tour would have been like had we gone later in the day but expect that it would have been even crazier packed. So, expect to still have to be with crowds. However, they give you head phones so you can still easily listen to your guide. They met us exactly where they told us to meet and we would recommend this tour.
