Your tour will start entering the Accademia Gallery with skip-the-line tickets to avoid waiting standing in the line. The Accademia Gallery is one of the most important museums of the city because of the presence of one of Michelangelo's masterpieces: the "David". After the Academy Gallery, you will approach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), also called Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (Saint Mary of the Flower) and watch it from the outside. It is the gothic church of the city and it is part of the complex of the cathedral in Piazza del Duomo, which includes also Giotto's Campanile and the Baptistery.
