From Civitavecchia Port: Tour of Rome and drop-off in Rome

A professional English speaking driver will meet you at the port of Civitavecchia. Our drivers have permissions to enter the port, so he'll pick you up outside the ship with a sign with your name on. This way you won't be forces to move around on your own with your luggage. The driver will take you from your pick up area to the center of Rome, where you'll be able to visit some of the main sites of the city.

Your tour itinerary will include stops to see Victor Immanuel Monument, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Navona Square, the Pantheon. You can also enter the Colosseum, that you can visit from the inside or just see from the outside (if you decide to get inside, entrance fees are not included). Other sites you can see are the Roman Forum (from a high point that allows a good view from the outside) and St. Peter's Square.

Please consider that the itinerary is entirely customizable, so you can actually choose which sites to visit.

Consider that in high season from April to October you must book the Tour Option with Guide included minimum 30 days before.

You can decide to cut a little shorter on the amount of sites you'd like to visit in order to have lunch in town. By the way only a quick bite is suggested, since a restaurant meal will take away too much time from the tour.

In any case, at the end of the tour your driver will take you to yopur accommodation in Rome.

Pick up from the port will be at 8.00 am. If you need to schedule a different pick up time you have to let us know at the moment of booking.

During the entire tour your English speaking driver will give you information about the sites you're going to visit. Please consider by the way that by law he won't be allowed to leave the vehicle to accompany you inside the sites. Therefore when you reach a site you'll hear your driver give you explanations in English, and then you'll get off the minivan and go for a visit on your own. Since the driver will not leave the minivan unattended, your luggage can be safe inside the entire time.
