Handmade "Fettuccine" and Jam Tart cooking class

In this cooking class, you will prepare together with your cook the authentic Italian homemade pasta as Italian mothers used to teach to their sons. No food processors but only your "hands" to knead and roll out the dough; only the mythical pasta maker with its crank will help you to cut the "fettuccine". You'll enjoy your time turning it!
Then you will prepare the pasta sauce for the fettuccine and finally, you will learn how to make a pastry for a wonderful jam tart. Stay hungry and... don't worry! There will also be a glass of good Italian wine to cheer up the cooking class and if the weather allows the location will be in the garden under a wonderful gazebo.
