Pasta cooking class in Rome
You will meet your personal Chef in the morning at his place near the Colosseum, into a charming ancient building, to start a wonderful hands-on cooking class joining a fun open international group.
Chef Salvatore will welcome you with a drink and small appetizers and he will introduce you the details of the experience. All the recipes will be explained in detail, complete with handy tips and tricks.
Chef Salvatore does not only teach you how to cook, but also explains the “whys” and “hows” of each method taught. You will learn how to cook like a real Italian, using recipes passed down from generation to generation.
You will learn how to roll, cut, shape, and cook two different kind of fresh pasta (ex. Cavatelli, Fusilli, Fettuccine, Orecchiette, Tonnarelli, Maltagliati, Ravioli, Gnocchi) and a delicious dessert (ex. Tiramisù, Pannacotta, Custard). You’ll end the class by enjoying the lunch you prepared!
