Pasta-Making Class: Cook, Dine & Drink Wine with a Local Chef

Your experience will start on a gorgeous studio with a rooftop terrace in the historical center of Rome where you shall meet your fellow classmates and your friendly Roman chef. Small groups make this a great experience as it gives you a chance to know and bond with your group. Relax, wine and dine on some good local prosecco and aperitivi. After which, your class begins. Your chef shall give you some useful tips and tricks on how to make good homemade pasta with different flours, sauces and substitutes to cater to all your cravings and needs. The highlight of this experience is your very own pasta. Enjoy your fruit of labour under the Roman skies on a scenic terrace with the rest of your classmates and chef. End the experience on a sweet note with some dessert and digestif just like the Romans do!
