All the while inside our fantastic 17th century old building right next to Navona square!

This exciting course will begin in a home-like professional setting where you will get hands on experience with only fresh and local ingredients. You will start with gelato by mixing eggs, cream with your best flavors: chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, azelnut, etc. Then you will move on to make your pizza dough and pick your favorite toppings. A professional chef will show you all the procedures throughout the whole class and assist you during the preparation of your personal pizza. My husband and 2 teenage boys really enjoyed this cooking class!! Marco and Lily were wonderful teachers and we had lots of fun with them. If you are looking for something a little different to do while in Rome, I highly recommend it!!

What a great evening our three generational family had making pizza and gelato together. Our chef, Flippee, was fabulous, both encouraging and teasing each one of the participating class members. If you are thinking of taking this class, do it!

Even for all of the art, cathedrals, and ancient wonders in Rome, this experience inside a small modern kitchen/classroom was the one of the highlights of our trip. Everything about the evening was perfect - delicious appetizers, a knowledgeable and entertaining chef/instructor, friendly classmates, and delicious results. Our whole family including three teens absolutely loved this experience and are now waiting for the chance to recreate these recipes at home!

This was a fun experience and a little different than a lot of other tours in Rome. You got to make your own pizza and gelato, and could choose your own gelato flavors and also pizza toppings. Both were delicious and I had fun making them. They also e-mail you the recipes afterwards so you can try your hand at making them at home. I'm glad I took the class!

Basic class with no real secrets. The preparation was fun and the staff helpful but really I have had better pizza at Papa Johns. Internet gelato recipes are better.

What an absolutely first class event this was! The chef sorry - I have fogotten his name was outstanding. He was funny and informative and very engaging. My son aged 21 who rarely has any interest in food or eating was an eager paricipant and even ate everything afterwards! I would highly recommend everyone to do this - it's a good bonding session and something a bit different from the norm :
