Your minivan departs at 730am sharp in front of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri, the big church on Piazza della Repubblica facing the central fountain.

Your expert archaeologist guide will walk you through the ancient streets, whereabouts perfectly conserved ancient bakeries, shops, stalls, private and communal residences, public baths and brothels remain. You will see plaster casts of the unfortunate Pompeiians who were immortalized on that tragic day.
Upon conclusion of the guided tour, we make our way to Sorrento, gateway to the stunning Amalfi Coast. Enjoy once-in-a-lifetime views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and picture postcard perfect towns nestled into steep white limestone cliffs.
A stop will be made en route to sample Limoncello, a world-renowned specialty liquor made by local artisans from the organic lemons which can only be harvested in this region. At this point you will be able to purchase a bottle or two to take home (or have it shipped) before enjoying a bite to eat and some free time to wander around the shops and scenic overlooks of Sorrento.
As your afternoon winds down, you'll join your driver once again for the return journey to Rome.
