I reasoned that I’m probably only ever going to visit the Vatican once. Therefore I wanted to do it properly, listening to an expert, setting my own pace and getting in before they let the masses in. That’s why I chose this tour. Our guide, Valeria, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I cannot praise her too highly. If you want to do the Vatican properly, book this tour and ask for Valeria. You won’t regret it!

Alessia was an excellent guide for this tour. First of all, she and the driver were right on time at our hotel. The amount of history and knowledge provided by Alessia was just perfect. Although not in the tour, our teen sons asked about the “pope mobile” and she brought us down to see them. She was able to talk to us about the vehicles etc. my boys loved it. Overall, fantastic tour by Alessia and would highly recommend!

Our guide was on time. She was very thorough. I was also pleased that she seemed to love what she was doing. The early bird is definitely the way to go. The lines were really long and we didn’t wait at all.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Vatican and Roman history in general. It was well worth the extra money to pay for this tour. It was not only private, but we also skipped ahead of the people that had other "skip the line" tours booked. We were in the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and many other areas of the Vatican with very few other people around us.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Italy for Easter vacation. By far the highlight of our trip was our tours of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St Peters, the Coliseum and Forum. Our guide was Karen Libri. This is my fourth trip to Rome. She is by far the best tour guide that I have had. She was excellent at describing what we we about to see and what we were seeing. She was very engaging with my preteen and teenage daughters. Thank you Karen for making our trip so memorable and also for your most excellent restaurant recommendations! Dan C.

Fabiana was a pure delight. Her depth of knowledge was appreciated. There was no question she did not handle with ease. She was also adorable and helped with my Italian. Grazie Mille Fabi. Bob Wilsusen

Marco arrived early, we were the first in line, he provided a great classroom lecture while we waited on line. During the tour he knew everything.Marco's tour of the Vatican made our week long stay in Tuscany, and three days the highlight of the trip.

We were greeted by Fabiana at our apartment and were instantly aware of her charm and knowledge. As we drove to the Vatican she pointed out interesting sites of the city. With having a “skip the line” tour, Fabiana was a natural of where to go and how to enjoy and appreciate the beauty and history of the Vatican and St. Peter’s. We certainly recommend this tour!

Gianluca was at our hotel to get us promptly at 7am. It makes so much sense to get to The Vatican early even if it opens at 8am because the crowd build up is unbelievable.... We were first in line at 715am. There is so much to see - the museum is impressive, the Sistine Chapel is magnificent as expected and Basilica is immense and beautiful. Gianluca provided so much history on our tour and made it informative in a fun way. Highly recommend.

We can't say enough about our wonderful tour guide Linda. See was absolutely fantastic and the best tour guide during our entire 11-day trip! She was knowledgeable, friendly, well-spoken, funny, clear, and patient with our large group of family. She answered all of our questions and taught us so much about the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica and Italian history. The tour itself was also great! Definitely worth the early bird timing as the Vatican can get packed as the day goes on. Completely worth it!
