Great guide and fabulous food. Yes, we paid extra for additional wine and yes one could simply visit the restaurants and save some money. For us, it was a great time and an excellent introduction to Rome.

We had such a great time with Valentina going across the city eating at some of the best places to eat in Rome. She was so great at accommodating our dietary requirements. We had such a lovely time and we'd definitely recommend it at the future to friends.

Turns out that our Viator tours were highly variable for our selections in Italy and Rome. Viator gives the booking to local guides--some are great and others much less so. Our guide for this tour was from the food industry and a Roman local. The 3 Michelin star restaurants we visited were top notch. Highly recommend this tour.

For the price paid, the food tour is disappointing. Should not do a food tour without drinks. We had to pay for expensive prosceco , wines, and even coffee with our desert, which is quite ordinary.
