Skip the line and after a quick security check explore the most celebrated meeting place in the world, in all history, the Roman Forum. See the Palatine Hill (one of the seven hills of Ancient Rome) and from the top enjoy a spectacular view before moving on to the Colosseum, the largest amphitheater ever built.

Ok so this is a tough tour to review because the company messed up our timing to be able to see everything and still get back to our cruise ship on time. BUT...our amazing tour guide, Deena, managed to “save the day” and help us see what was important to us in the time we had. Deena was really awesome - so if you book this tour, make sure the company is well aware of any time constraints and definitely ask for Deena as your guide!
we very much enjoyed our Skip the line Colosseum tour with our guide Brian, fantastic. Brian has a wealth of knowledge on all things Roman history. He also knows how to run a Skip the Line experience and kept things moving along all morning, always finding openings in the crowd so we could take advantage of what we were learning about in the moment. We would highly recommend this unique way to take in the Colosseum and the Forum along with the Capital Line Hill. He covered it all and then some. Very friendly and he answered every question. He brought along a useful overlay book to to show present to past to provide contrast as well so it really helped when you were looking at one of the sites. This one on one experience is worlds apart from taking a group tour.
