Here we will admire the colourful displays of fruit and vegetables and meet bakers, local cheese and ham producers…get ready for an enchanting experience!

Next up, it is essential that you try some mortadella (a light pink, smooth textured Italian sausage), prosciutto or porchetta, mean cold cuts from the local sheperds tradition! And what better way to try it than on a pizza, an Italian superstar dish that is loved the world over?! This is not any old pizza though, it’s a pizza bianca. This tour is priced for a minimum group size of two travellers. A solo traveller or group smaller than two may still book this private experience but will be charged the base rate for two travellers.
