This was a great tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable even to the point of stopping in a shaded area whenever we took a break it was July. Starting at the Colosseum, which was awesome, she explained what we were looking at and the history behind it. We toured the hills around the Colosseum and after lunch went to then Vatican where, again, our guide had stories for much of what we looked at. It was a lot of walking but this was easily the best tour we took during our stay in Italy.
