Bus on time, exactly where they said they would be, lots of friendly staff in green shirts directing folks as to which bus to take. Would use again. Plus they dropped us back at boat rather than shuttle stop. Saved half hour.
Bus trip was good...an easy way to get to Florence from Livorno. The group was very organized. The time in Florence was a little short, but they needed to allow plenty of time to get back, so understood.
Can't fault it to be fair. Nice large coach that departs from where you are dropped off in the main square. Look for staff wearing green tops.
