Skip-the-line Entry with Host to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel

I am very disappointed of this tour. First, we arrived at 9:50 am. We were told to be there at 10:00 am. I showed them my voucher and they said "You are not for 10:30 but for 11:30 am". I said that my reservation said 10 and not 11:30 am and both of the men behind the desk were rude and didn't even answered me. I called Viator and was on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting when one of the rude men screamed at me saying "Do you want to go at 11:30? because I am almost sold out" I said of course, I am waiting here and he said "then pay!" I told them that I already paid and that I was on the phone with Viator. He screamed again saying "I don't care finish your phone call" At that point I told him that he was being rude to me and I had all the documentation needed. Finally, he said to tell Viator to send them the request because they had nothing. That they didn't confirm with them. This is the only tour that doesn't accept changes and it was confirmed. At the end, they didn't provide me a guide, only a person that walked with us with other 35 people and bought a 17 Euro ticket for adult and 8 Euros for a child and told me you are done. I didn't know where to go or what to do at that time. This is the worst company. Don't waste your money going there. The other group had a tour guide that had a very short lady (probably 4. 5 feet tall) with a plastic bag on a stick, so people could see her and the only guided tour was to provide everyone with an audio set, that you can also buy there for 8 euros. They had a lot of other people on the street looking for customers, so they didn't care if you go with them or not. They were also from India and they were talking in their language most of the time. Very rude people!

The best way to skip the line at the entrance! We arrived at the meeting point and our Host was waiting for us. He took us inside the museums and give us the entry tickets. He was very nice and friendly and he really helped us to skip the huge line at the entrance Thank you! Higly recommended !!
