- Children aged 6-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- Maximum group size is 20 people. (Guided tour option only)
- At least 4 people are required for the guided tour option to take place.
- On Wednesday, access to St. Peter's Basilica may be restricted due to the weekly Papal Audience.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of the basilica's schedule, closures can happen, often with little notice. You will be alerted as soon as possible in these instances. If closures happen and you are unable to access or visit the basilica, you will have more time to explore the Vatican Museums. No refunds are provided in this case.
- Check-in is 20 minutes prior to the booked start time. Tickets are time sensitive and we cannot accomodate late arrivals.
- Our tickets only service does not include direct access to St. Peter's Basilica.

My husband and I had about 1.5 hours before we had to catch our train back to Civitavecchia so we purchased just the skip the line tickets to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. We met Paulo across the street and he graciously gave us a quick understanding of the layout of the museums and a highlight of what was a 'must see' / short itinerary to get the most of our short amount of time in the museums. Highly recommend using this service if you're low on time and just want to see a couple of galleries!
This visit allows you seemless entry to meausium and Sistine chapel. Too much walking but can't avoid

If you’re in a rush and only want to enter, this is the perfect ticket for you! We were on a cruise which limited our time that we would be at Rome. We went at our pace and liked that we didn’t spend 3 hours with a tour guide!

This was the best decision. These people were great. They sent an email stating where to meet and they were there right on time. They told us exactly how to get in and what to do. It would have taken hours to get into without pre purchasing. I highly recommend them.
We met the company rep at the designated point, were taken into the Vatican with no queue, provided with our tickets and given some simple information. All in all a simple, hassle-free experience which saved us queuing for a long time.
Met our guide at the place stated at the time stated , helpful humorous explanation with some brilliant tips, really could not speak more highly of this site.
Walked right in and then did Rick Steve’s free audio tour. Perfect! No waiting, even through security check.
Our tour guide was lovely, well informed and did a great job. The Vatican itself, is extremely crowded, but our tour guide impressively managed to keep us all together and on track. Put your speed goggles on though, due to the crowding, the wave of people hustles you through. Prior to entry, mentally prepare yourself for quite a long security line wait (that's what eats up half the tour). Nothing you can do about that though, just hope for a less crowded day.
I know there is not a lot that can be done about security lines. However instead of this tour asking you to come early and line up and then start the tour the time that you are waiting in the security line is also part of the tour time. Now our guide was great and did a fantastic job, and was very knowledgeable. On the day we were there people who had purchased the entry pass on your own went right on in and we ended up in the long tour security line. This was disappointing. Now if we were learning something while we were in line that might be better, but I was disappointed.
We met Paola and exchanged the vouchers, at 9:15 sharp he showed us the way and skipped the looooong line. It was quite easy and didnt wait a minute in the que to enter the museum. He even gave us some good tips on how we should visit the museum. Thank you Paolo
We did not want a guided tour but opted for skip the line tickets with a guide getting us into the Vatican, getting our tickets sorted and giving us info which was really helpful. Recommend using Viator if you want to do same. Paolo our guide was great
The Vatican Museum gets very busy later in the day and it’s difficult to take it all in.Remeber it’s a museum. But you arrive at the Sistine Chapel and emotions peak.Awesome. Well worth the skip the line entrance and again Viator do it well

Very informative, bit awkward finding meeting point, but all tour guides happy to direct us. Quite busy for February, must be very crowded in summer. Tour guide very informed and friendly
