If a reduced price for this Tour is reserved without the required documents the Clients will be asked to make payment of a full price balancing cash in Euro directly to the guide. We must do new full price tickets. The reduced tickets will not be refunded
On rare occasions, St Peter’s Basilica closes without notice. If this happens, you'll spend a full 3 hours touring to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. The tour guides will notify to you if St Peter’s Basilica is unexpectedly closed upon commencement of the tour. It is over our control, so no refunds or discounts will be issued.
Guided visits are not allowed inside St. Peter's on afternoon tours due to religious functions. In this case the tour guide will provide full commentary from the Basilica's churchyard, and you will visit inside the Basilica alone without guide.
Skip-The-Line tickets enables you to skip the long lines (in some cases up to two hours!) to enter the Vatican Museums, but all visitors must pass through metal detectors at the security check point.
Tours departing Wednesday: There is a possibility that St Peter's Basilica and St Peter's Square will be unavailable due to the weekly Papal Audience during which access to St Peter's Basilica is closed. As an alternative you will be offered an extended itinerary, 3 hours, within the Vatican Museums, which still includes the Sistine Chapel and Raphael's Rooms. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you would prefer that St Peter's Basilica and Square are included, please DO NOT select Wednesday as your travel date. We are unable to accommodate other entrance times
A dress code is required to enter places of worship and select museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
Strongly we suggest do not have with you luggage, suitcases, rucksacks, packages and big containers, because before entering the exhibition spaces, visitors are required to leave in the cloakroom all luggage, suitcases, rucksacks, packages and containers not considered suitable by staff on account of their size or nature. It could be a proble to recollect them: you will exit from the opposit side of the entrance (about 30 minutes walking).
