The Neapolitan cuisine stems from the beautiful Italian city of Naples. Its history dates back to the Greco-Roman period, and has been enriched over the centuries by the influence of the different cultures that controlled Naples and its kingdoms. As an Italian, I'd like to bring back the essence of this traditional cuisine and share it with everyone.
If you are on a trip to Rome but want to try other traditional regional Italian dishes, I will be delighted to take you on a culinary journey to Napoli. You will get a taste of traditional Italian pasta as well as other well-known Italian dishes such as the Insalata Caprese, as well as the famous Pastiera napoletana, a famous neapolitan cake.
